How to request data deletion

PropAgents AI respects your right to delete personal data under Brazilian LGPD and Meta Platform Terms. You can request data deletion in two ways:

Option 1: Via email

Send an email to privacidade@propagents.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request" including:

• Your full name.
• Email associated with your account.
• Workspace name (if applicable).

Option 2: In-platform

Sign in to your PropDash account, go to Settings, and use the account deletion option. This will remove all data associated with your workspace.

Data that will be deleted

• Profile and registration data.
• WhatsApp message history stored on the platform.
• Access tokens and integration settings (including Meta access tokens).
• AI analytics and reply suggestions.
• Real estate listings, leads, and deals.

Timeline

After receiving your request, your data will be deleted within 30 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the process is complete.

Data retained for legal obligation

Some data may be retained for a longer period when required by law (e.g., accounting and tax records), always with a specific legal basis and for the minimum period necessary.
