1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PropDash platform, operated by PropAgents AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

PropDash is a real estate management platform powered by artificial intelligence that offers, among other features:

  • Property, lead, and deal management.
  • WhatsApp Business API integration for customer communication.
  • AI assistants for automated customer service.
  • Conversation analysis and intelligent suggestions.

3. Account and Workspace

Each customer operates within an isolated workspace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials to your account and workspace.

4. WhatsApp integration use

By using the WhatsApp Business API integration, you agree to:

  • Comply with WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies and Meta Terms of Use.
  • Not send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates Meta policies.
  • Obtain appropriate consent from recipients before sending messages.
  • Respect the 24-hour customer service window for session messages (per Meta policy).

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence

AI features are assistive tools and do not replace human judgment. AI-generated automatic replies must be reviewed. PropAgents AI is not responsible for decisions made exclusively based on AI suggestions.

6. Limitation of Liability

PropAgents AI is not responsible for: interruptions in third-party services (Meta, WhatsApp, infrastructure providers); data loss caused by user actions; or misuse of the platform that violates these terms or third-party policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The PropDash platform, including its code, design, and features, is the intellectual property of PropAgents AI. Data entered by you remains your property.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time. After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days for possible recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through the platform at least 30 days in advance.
